Hamilton is the CEO of Power Support Partners. He formerly founded and ran Crown & Caliber, a fast-growing pre-owned luxury watch company that was sold in 2021. Hamilton began his career as a private equity investor sourcing deals, raising capital, and providing resources for the successful growth of portfolio companies. He studied Finance at University of Georgia and is currently studying MA in Theology at Reformed Theological Seminary.
Courtney brings over 15 years of finance and accounting experience to PSP, ranging from start-ups to large, global organizations. She began her career with E&Y serving audit clients in a variety of industries. She has since held finance and accounting leadership roles at several Saas start-ups and most recently served as Vice President of Financial Operations at Versapay. Courtney has a proven track record of developing strategies that drive revenue growth, create operational efficiencies, and improve profitability. She is passionate about building high performing teams by leveraging individual strengths and ensuring alignment on vision and purpose. Courtney graduated from the University of Georgia with a Master of Accounting degree and currently lives in Atlanta with her husband, four children, and Australian Shepherd.
Chris & his team are leveraging best-in-class software, data products & growth frameworks to empower & maximize our teams & the customer journey. His experience includes building & scaling early-to-mid stage B2B & B2C technology companies, as well as driving product growth & technology implementations for more established companies in the travel, hospitality & edtech sectors. Chris is an Atlanta native and loves spending time with his wife & 2 kids, cheering on his Georgia Bulldogs, & planning his neighborhood social events.
Kyle joined Power Support Partners in 2023. He currently serves as the President of Field Operations and is responsible for all greenfield startup locations. Prior to joining the team at Power Support Partners, Kyle worked with the Griffin Brothers Company based out of Charlotte NC, NearU based out of the Upstate of South Carolina, and One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning, Ben Franklin Plumbing, and Mister Sparky Electric based out of Nashville TN. Kyle resides in West Tennessee with his wife, 4 children and two dogs.
Whitney has over 13 years of experience in marketing and crafting a great customer experience by using segmentation to market to the right audience, with the right message at the right time, through the right marketing channel. To date, she has helped over 25 startups in Corpus Christi, TX develop their marketing strategy. She has worked with companies such as Microsoft and American Express in developing their segmentation and email nurture campaigns, to building up Crown & Caliber by crafting a unique customer journey for a D2C brand. Her hobbies include running marathons, reading, and spending time with her husband, 2-year-old son, and rescue dog.
As the Vice President of Operations, Alicia spearheads our commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences, streamlining processes, and driving efficiencies. With a specialized focus on start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, she brings over 10 years of experience to optimizing operations and navigating complex transitions.
Nicole has over 15 years of experience in human resources, inlcuding recruiting, employee relations, organizational development, workforce safety, HR compliance and workforce training & development. She has worked in Customer Focused and Manufacturing industries such as Cintas and The Fresh Market, cultivating and creating cultures and managing people capital, contributing to and maintaining an environment of safety, HR compliance and managing talent. At SJAC Food Groups, Nicole developed HR practices and systems to grow the company from seven to over 20 locations within 3 years. Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, attending team sports with her two kids and traveling domestically and internationally to experience new people and places.
